Pan-fried Beef for Lo MeinTo make tender and juicy beef for the lo mein, start with fresh sirloin steak. Quality ingredients are the first step towards a delicious dish.

Cut the beef into large pieces or long strips, marinate briefly with salt, pepper and soy sauce before cooking. While cooking, as soon as the beef has just stopped being pink, remove from the heat and set aside.

Season the Lo MeinSeason the cooked lo mein noodles before getting ready for stir frying is really helpful when making stir-fried noodle dishes.

Not only does it make sure the noodles will be mixed with the seasonings evenly, it also helps to make the fast-paced stir frying process less stressful.
